From the perspective of our research, the respondents mostly agreed that such change was required and in analyzing the size and complexities of BAs operations within Terminal 3 we believe that such change was needed. The respondents did not really reveal any negative feedback regarding such change, with the only notable feedback being that of the mentioned automation of deployment and the reshuffling of staff as well as the fact that the staff were no longer working in teams.
